Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tenforward ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website. We are based in Sweden and operate under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Tenforward is the controller responsible for your personal data.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries you send us. If you contact us by email or through a form, we process the details you provide (such as your name, email address and message) solely to respond to and manage your request.
  • Server logs. Our hosting may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to operate the site securely and diagnose problems.

This is a static website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or your consent where you have given it. Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable. Where the law requires it, we process data to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website (such as our hosting provider), under appropriate data-processing agreements, and where required by law. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@tenforward.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
